UNITY is a Nordic community living and coworking concept that opened its first Finnish destinations in Helsinki and Tampere in 2022. Mellakka was responsible for the successful invitation process, content and production of the opening at both locations. Both of the opening events in Helsinki and Tampere were successful. Mellakka was responsible for the content of the events, for which we received a lot of positive feedback.

During the cooperation with UNITY, Mellakka has taken care of communications and various influencer collaborations, as well as social media content planning and consulting.

In addition, Mellakka planned the UNITY Talks series of events designed for UNITY’S B2B target group, the purpose of which was to organise interesting discussion forums for professionals in different fields. The contents of the events dealt with, among other things, entrepreneurship, design, attracting talent and the gaming industry.

The UNITY Talks series received a lot of thanks from the participants. The events were able to attract experts from many different fields to UNITY who, in addition to the interesting substantive content, were able to get to know UNITY’s facilities.

In addition, Mellakka’s team succeeded in planning UNITY’s influencer collaborations to utilise current topics and reach UNITY’S important B2B target group in a cost-effective manner.
